A Bit About Me
Adam Bowman is a Manchester based, British climber who has been climbing for 15 years. He has made numerous ascents of hard trad routes up to E9 around the UK, and has sport climbed up to 8b. He likes to spend his time climbing locally in Yorkshire and the Peak District and gets over to the Welsh crags as much as he can. His most recent trip highlights have been Taghia, Morocco and Chamonix, France.
Adam is a route setter, climbing instructor and climbing coach. He is a multi-discipline climber specialising in trad and sport climbing, but also bouldering, alpine climbing and deep water soloing. He is a member of the Young Alpinist Group (2023-2025) through which he receives support from Mountain Equipment, Petzl, the Apline Club and Fatmap.
